Belly fat -- arghhh! That's the reaction of countless millions. So, ridding belly fat is an issue for EVERYONE! You've tried sit ups and crunches and jogging and saunas, but you can't seem to get rid of that gut. Well, then, you haven't learned the most important component of losing belly fat. There is a layer of fat above the stomach muscles. So if you do lots of situps and crunches, yes, you are toning those muscles, but it does nothing about the layer of fat on top of it. Until you deal with that, you'll continue to have belly fat. So, what is the answer... DIET. Not going on a diet, though. That can often be a short-term fix. It's a lifestyle change in your eating patterns. You need to teach yourself what foods to eat, and how often to eat them.
