And remember on these, the wider the placement of your feet, the harder the exercise.
1. Overhead Press
Place your feet on the tube and grasp the handles. Then bring your hands up just over your shoulders with elbows bent and palms in. Press your arms up over your head and then lower.
2. Bicep Curl
Place both feet on the tube and grasp the handles. Bend your elbows and curl your hands up towards shoulder. Lower and repeat.
3. Cross-Body Bicep
Place your left foot on the band and hold the handle in your right hand. Begin the move with your palm facing in and bend the elbow, curling your hand up towards the shoulder, going across the body.
