Ashley Blog May 2009CLICK HERE TO READ THE MOST CURRENT BLOG ENTRY MY DVD! Well I'm in Houston Texas... It is very green and a lot more humid than Cali... It's been great! There is a nice pool and a gym at my hotel. I have been doing 1 hour of cardio in the morning at the gym, treadmill, lifestyler and steps. Then I swim in the evening for about 40 minutes. That's to keep me in shape while I'm here. The freeways here have names not just numbers and all exits have this u-turn specifically for making u-turns to get back on the freeway -- or I think they call them highways here... but it's really cool! 
I'm going to get up early tomorrow morning and go watch baby jay perform at an elementary school..called Humble elementary. Then we will meet again that evening and work in the recording studio on his new song. I will get back to you on Saturday and let you know how that went. I will also be recording a music video with him on Saturday and Sunday for his new song Girlfriend. 5/22/2009 ok :) here we go... I'm leaving for Houston, Texas on the 26th now. Wow, it came up so fast! I'm pretty excited about having the lead in the music video. The song is girlfriend and the singer is Baby Jay. 
I have had several photo shoots in the last couple of weeks which have kept me very very busy. I have my improv class this Saturday and then a poolside shoot on Sunday. Friday is my last day of school for a week while I'm off to Texas. My friends brought me a cake to school it was great. They say they will miss me :) How awesome! I love it that they love me so much. When I get back from H-town I will only have 9 more days of school left. I'm hoping I get to take a driving class after that so I can get my permit to get my license. I've been so busy that I haven't been able to take the class. Well that's all for now. I promise to fill you in every night when I'm in H-town with either updates or pics (or both!) tata! 5/21/2009 Ok well I went on an audition for a new MTV pilot called, "Bedroom Video Stars." I had to sing on a webcam for them. I think they are going to use it on their show. I'm leaving for Texas on the 27th of May to record and shoot a video with an up and coming rapper. His name is Baby Jay. He's a different kind of rapper no cussing and stuff he's sending out a message so I'm honored to get to sing with him.
I have a shoot coming up this weekend on a Ranch so I have been working on western type themes. It's going to be a lot of fun! My puppy maltese -- haha -- she fell in the pool the other day and couldn't get out. It was cute. She had her paws on the edge like a little kid barking for me to come get her. I'm glad she was ok. She's just like having a toddler around. She is such a happy puppy -- I love her to death! My summer is coming up soon. I have already started working on my calendar for my shoots. And hopefully a lot more. I have been doing more cardio to build my lungs up because it helps with my singing so I don't get so winded. Well that's it for now! Ashley 5/20/2009 I have a great arm!
