______________________________________________________________6/29/2009 I did a fun newspaper interview on Saturday! When it comes out, I'll post a link to it. On Wednesday, I did a photo shoot at Luguna Beach and on Sunday I'll be doing one on a sail boat! Keeping yourself busy is a great way to stay fit, that's for sure. I've added a routine where every night before I go to bed in front of my mirror I do my exercises, and then lay onmy bed and do some tummy crunches and leg lifts... I'll be posting new pics from my photo shoots so you'll be able to see the results :) _______________________________________________________________ Hey guys, vote on what Michael Jackson song you most like to work out to. _________________________________________________________________6/13/2009 I have been on the iCarly show Tuesday, Thursday and Friday... It was fun but a lot of work ... had to be up so early and I'm on summer break! lol ... but it's all worth it. The song "Girlfriend" by Baby Jay is to be officially released July 21 ... and I think the video, which I'm in, will come out that day, too. When it is, I'll be sure to post it here! Next week, I may do some Webcam vlogs. Should be fun! Okay, I really need to catch up on some sleep now:)

_________________________________________________________________ Hi everyone!!! Well im back to Cali :) I had a wonderful time in Texas and WOW their steaks are wonderful! Of course I shared one with my mom while I was there because the portions were big! It's a great way to keep the cost down and to also make sure you don't over eat :) Did you know that your stomach is the size of your fist? So you should keep your portions smaller. That is I'm guessing some people can eat a little more than others. Haha. But let me tell you about my time in Texas. 
As I mentioned earlier I was there to shoot a music video with a performing artist named Baby Jay... We shot the video to his new single "Girlfriend featuring Mickael." I am the lead in this video and it was so much fun making it! I got to meet some really fun people. I got to go to Baby Jay's school and meet some of his amazing friends. I got to meet his family his beautiful mother and sister. Every day I was there was filled with excitement! On Friday I had told you I was going to go to the studio to record his new single. Well I'm singing with him on that single. The song is "XOXO" and it will be released when they finish it. Look for it and request it on the radio. It is a great song! Same goes for "Girlfriend." I can't wait to get to work with him again. He's such and inspiring Artist. I hope this has been interesting for everyone. Lots of Love, Ashley
