Ashley Blog January FebruaryCLICK HERE TO READ THE MOST CURRENT BLOG ENTRY 1/16/09 I had my first league water polo game on Tuesday, January 12, in which we played one of our rivals. It was a very good game -- and our varsity team won the game! And on Wednesday, January 14 we played our long time rival, Redlands. Wow was that intense! For the first time in a long time we beat them! 13-12 -- and that was in overtime! Then on January 15 and 16 I was on the set of the iCarly show as an extra. So anyone who watches the show be sure to look for me in the episode of the underground club. Well I hope everyone is having a great 2009. Till next time! Signing Off 2/03/09 Hey everyone! This time in my blog, I want to tell you I’ve added running to my workout routine. I mainly did it because I did what everyone does over the holidays – eat too much! So since I put on a few pounds, I had to step things up so I would drop them. And I found that running really helps with the belly fat:) I took my German Shepard out and ran at the community center with him. They have a walking/running trail there. I also ran with him in the neighborhood. I take him with me because he needs the exercise too, plus I feel safe that way. As for this last week, I had two water polo games, and went to four water polo games. They were tournaments. We lost in what's called sudden death. It is where both teams are tied by the end of the game and they restart the clock for 3 minutes. Usually each quarter is 6 minutes, and which ever team scores first wins. The final score was 10-9. For these games, the top players, which are the Seniors, got to play. We won the last 3 games, though. 2/17/09 In this edition of my blog, umm ... let's see, Valentine's day was great! I got a stuffed puppy and a box of chocolates. Water polo is finally over. Varsity is now going into CIF playoffs. I just recently rented a movie called Nights in Rodanthe... very good but very sad. It made me cry :(
Next week I am hitting the gym. I will be doing pilates three times a week and cardial kick boxing one and interval kickboxing one time a week. I will be doing these Tuesday thru Saturday. I'm really looking forward to it since I haven't been able to go to the classes when I was doing Tennis and Water polo. I want to thank everyone who gave me ideas to name my puppy. Hi Everyone! Well I have had a very busy month. At school, we have had finals all week. I am so glad they are over with.
... My puppy is doing very well. I named her Blondie. She is so silly; she loves to play tugawar... haha and we have tile and hardwood floors so it's really funny when she grabs on to the other end because I can spin her all around the room ... and she has the cutiest growl ever!
